How to Create a Confession Page on Facebook
It is very easy to create a Confession Page. You just have to follow these simple steps.
- Make sure you are logged in to your Facebook account.
- To Create a Confession Page, Click this link and create a Facebook Page.
- Choose the option ’cause or community’ and give a name. Example: ABC College Confessions.
- After its done, add an appropriate profile picture and Cover photo. Choose a logo or picture of your organisation.
- The Facebook Page is created! Now the next thing is to have a platform where people can confess being anonymous.
- Go to https://docs.google.com and sign into your Google account.
- Click on Create and select the Form option.
- Choose the required theme and title for you form.
- Click on Question Type and change it to “Paragraph text“.
- Replace the ‘Untitled form‘ with ‘Confessions’ and in the Question Title write “Write you confession” or any other appropriate question you wish.
- ClickView Live Form and copy the URL. You can shorten this long URL using bit.ly or goo.gl.
- Paste this shortened URL to your Facebook page’s About page, to let others know the link where to confess.
- While editing the form, click on Choose Response Destination and select New Spreadsheet. Name your form and save it.
A new Google Doc spreadsheet file will be created. Whenever someone posts a response, it will be added to the spreadsheet. You can copy and paste the confession and post in the Facebook page along with a confession number.
If you find it difficult to login Google Account everytime you wanted to view the spreadsheet, you can click on “Share” at the top right of the spreadsheet and choose “Anyone who has the link can view” and Copy the URL and shorten it. Now this link should be handled with you alone. So note it down somewhere where only you can open it.
